"The Sermon You Preach"

Past/Future Articles

The first sermon preached on Sunday is not by the pulpit minister, but by YOU

? You preach a message of good cheer when you say “Good Morning!” to those you meet.

? You preach a message of “Welcome! We have room for you!” when you slide down the pew instead of forcing others to squeeze in front of you.

? You preach a message of hope and joy when you sing enthusiastically during the song service.

? You preach a message of respect for God and His Word when you listen attentively and follow in your Bible and takes notes during the sermon.

? You preach a message of Hope when you reverently partake of the Lord’s supper.

? You preach a message of Faith when you cheerfully give of your means.

? You preach a message of Love when you smile, say hello, introduce yourself to guests, and invite them to return.

Many messages are preached before and after the preacher stands in the pulpit.  If your message is positive and consistent, THEN the message he gives from the pulpit will be much better received.

Come each service and preach your sermon - - it has eternal significance!
